DRY BRUSHING




I really like to take care of my skin. My night time routine is very sophisticated and I saw a dramatic difference since the first time I started. I usually scrub my entire body, face + legs + arms, once a week as a ritual. I find scrubbing very efficient ritual to get rid of the dirt that occluses our skin pores. Warning. Do not exagerate, once a week is enough, otherwise we are going to let our skin bcome very sensitive. 



 I like to use new tecniques and I hear about dry brushing

 What is it:
 As its name says, before taking a shower, you have to brush your skin with a dry natural bristle brush. If you want to moisture your skin while dry brushing, I recommend you to put few pumps of body oil on the brush and the game is done. 


 Benefits: It exfoliates the skin and deeply clears our pores from oil and dirt. I recommend to use a gentle brush for your face. It also  helps the lymphatic system. I hear some amazing review of people who claimed that dry brushing helped them to reduce cellulite.






Start at your feet and brush upward . When you start on your arms, begin at the hands and work upward. Go for circular motion. Always remember to be gentle to avoid damaging the skin.
